Blue Ivy the daughter of Beyonce has resufaced. She is now one year old and a picture was posted online and is now available on all social networks. Blue Ivy was last seen at 6 months when paparazzi snapped a few pictures while they were out shopping. Beyonce says she will continue to be protective of her child.
