Divorce Case Between Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries Ready for Trial

Kim Kardashian should be smiling and having all her hopes since the judge ruled that her divorce case is ready to go to trial..Kim who has filed for a divorce from husband Kris was pleading to have her case tried and resolved since she does not want to married still when she will be giving birth to her baby for new boyfriend Kanye West. Kris, however, feels that his marriage was a fraud and is determined to fight his case since he fells that their marriage should be annulled. Kris Humphries: Won't Divorce Kim Kardashian

Despite Kim pressing and pleaing for a divorce from her 72 days marriage, Kris would not give up the fight believing that their marriage should be annulled. The Brooklyn Nets star claimed he never wanted to be married more than once and says that his marriage was a fraud. Humphries isn't sympathetic with Kardashian    and feels that she needs to deal with the mess she have created. Kim is currently pregnant for new boyfriend Kanye West and would like to have the marriage legally dissolved while they litigate other issues.
